Carrot Cake (modify version)
Carrot Cake (own modify version)
Ingredient:
Figure (A)
Carrot and Nut Mix : Carrot Shredded : 150 - 200gm
Almond nid (suppose is Walnut) : 100g
Raisin : 100g
Figure (B)
Butter 150gm,
Brown Sugar 140gm
3 Eggs
Plain Flour : 250gm,
Baking Soda 1/4 Tsp
Baking powder - 1Tsp
All Spices - 1 Tsp
Steps :
1. Heat up oven 180
2. Beat well Butter and Brown sugar until fluffy.
3. Add in egg one by one.
4. Mix well the Flour Figure (B)
5. Add in Carrot Mix FIgure (A)
