Green Pea Cupcakes


Green Peas Cupcakes



Ingredient: 




Butter : 250gm
Icing sugar : 200 gm
Eggs (B size) : 4 eggs
Flour : Self-raising flour : 200gm 
Baking powder : 1tsp
Green peas powder : 130gm


Steps: 

  1. Beat Butter and sugar until smooth
  2. Add eggs in a slow stream
  3. Fold in Flour mixture , mix well
  4. Mix well
  5. Spoon into paper cuts three-quarters of the way up. Arrange on a baking tray.
  6. Baked in a preheated oven at 150C for 20-25 minutes.
