and i have extra pack coconut at my stock...

Ingredients:
(A)
60g melted butter
80g low protein flour
(B)
40g Evaporated milk,
40g coconut milk
A few drops pandan paste
6 egg yolk
(C)
6 egg white , 80g sugar
- Add in sifted floor into melted butter.
- Beat the egg yolk and add in slowly the ingredient at (B)
- Divided 2 times (2 ) and put into (1)
- Beat the egg white foamy and add in sugar beat until soft peak form.
- Mix egg yolk mixture with egg white mixture, and mix well. As usual , i using fold in method.
- Pour the batter into 8 inch mould ( you can use square or round)
- Baked with water bath in oven with 180 degree C for 10 min, reduce to 150 degree C for another 35 mins.
- Remove the cake after take out from oven. You may cut after completely cool
