 Durian Muffin

Ingredient :

(A)  Butter 110g       Brown sugar - 75g       Egg - 2 (Beaten)

(B)  Self Raising Flour - 120g             Durian Dodol - 50g (Cut to small Piece)

Steps :

1. Beat Butter and Brown Sugar until Smooth. 
2. Add eggs (one by one) 
3. Add in B and mix well 
4. Spoon 3 into paper cups three quarters of the way up

Outcome - Waiting to bake (25 Mins, 170celsius)
