Pandan Coconut Cotton Cake 

Prepare this at the very last minute.. reading through all my recipe... and found out this interesting to do.. 
and i have extra pack coconut at my stock... 

 

Ready to eat... Yummy ...


Ingredients:
(A)

60g melted butter
80g low protein flour

(B)
40g Evaporated milk,
40g coconut milk
A few drops pandan paste
6 egg yolk

(C)
6 egg white , 80g sugar
 


  1. Add in sifted floor into melted butter. 
  2. Beat the egg yolk and add in slowly the ingredient at (B)
  3. Divided 2 times (2 ) and put into (1) 
  4. Beat the egg white foamy and add in sugar beat until soft peak form.
  5. Mix egg yolk mixture with egg white mixture, and mix well. As usual , i using fold in method.
  6. Pour the batter into 8 inch mould ( you can use square or round)
  7. Baked with water bath in oven with 180 degree C for 10 min,  reduce to 150 degree C for another 35 mins.
  8. Remove the cake after take out from oven. You may cut after completely cool
