Japanese Cotton Cheesecake with Fruit Deco

Japanese Cotton Cheesecake

When i first saw this recipe.. like it so much... not sure how it works...
SO, JUST DO IT!


 










That was the first time for trying.. Success and love it...
Like the texture very much...
Soft soft ....

For the second version, i can use as a birthday cake by adding some fruit decor...


 This look better and but i did not add in jelly for coating.. coz lazy.. hehe... Any way, still look good..



Ingredients:
(A)
160g cream cheese
25g butter
120g milk 
(B)
40g Cake flour 
30g cornflour
(C)
4 egg yolks
(D)
4 egg whites
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
100g sugar 
Pinch of salt



  1. Preheat the oven for 160 degree C
  2. Double boil the ingredient A, stir until thick. Remove from the double boil; use hand whisk to keep stirring until thick and smooth.
  3. Add (B) and mix well, and after that add (C) and blend well.
  4. At another side, whip egg white until foamy. and add in the remaining at (D). Beat until soft peak texture. 
  5. Add into the cheese mixture using fold in matter (from bottom to top)
  6. Pour the batter into pan (8 inch) using water bath into oven for 45 mins.
  7. After baked , remove the cake from the mould immediately. and let it cool 
  8. after cool , you may keep into fridge for better taste.
